Hi everyone, I started on Methotrexate last week and have had not sickness or extra loo trips, but I cannot seem to get warm, I feel sort of cold from the inside if that makes sense.  This is so unusual for me especially as I am at the age of having 'personal summers'.   Not due to see my consultant for another couple of weeks so I wondered if anyone else had felt like this or heard about it, or am I just imagining it ?

Hi dogblue, I'm on 15mg at the moment plus, 10mg prednislone, Pentasa, folic acid and something for a stomach ulcer (can't remember the name) Haven't felt spaced out (well no more than usual) but feel more tired, feel like going to bed when I get home from work.

hi, today is my 6th dose of methotrexate i have it through injections, i have not experienced many of the side affects i get nose bleeds and i feel bruised, and get a headache after the injection which lasts about 2 days

Hey Linney.

I am currently on my last week of methotrexate (injections) and for me the symptoms were on and off. I didn't really have extra loo trips but I did feel cold most of the time. This is a natural side effect so don't worry too much about it. I've also felt shivery (cold really) and extremly tired so you can expect them both but everybody is different.

Gosh i feel sorry for you's lot! Ive been on methotrexate for 2 years now and ive had no side effects whatsoever!
