  • 500 g chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 50 g gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 25 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, ground almonds, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
