I was wondering if anyone could offer some advise. There are soooo many foods i can't eat anymore and i am struggling to maintain a balanced diet if anyone could offer any suggestions or alternatives that would be great!!!

I can no longer eat; onions, anything fried, tomatoes, meats, dairy.

Eating out of at a friends is a nightmare and even at home i find myself eating the same things over and over its really boring.
